After eight years shooting with an Olympus C-750UZ (which is essentially a high-end point-and-shoot) I have taken the plunge and ordered a new Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mirrorless SLR!
Needless to say, I'm pretty excited.
I inherited an OM-2 from my father with a reasonable complement of lenses. I have given the OM-2 to my son, but intend to share the lenses with him, as the OM-D has an adapter (which I also ordered) which should allow me to use the OM-2 lenses (with the usual caveats as a result of the different sensor/film size).
